Refund policy

We gladly accept refunds and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise with original tags attached for a store credit within 15 days from the date you received the item. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ITEMS (unless there is an error on our end that varies from the approved requested details). 

RETURNS:

  • Returns must be post marked within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment, no exceptions
  • Your return package needs to include your order packing slip or an order summary from the website with your first and last name, order number, and reason for returning the item.
  • All returns will be processed via store credit only
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns; we do not provide pre-paid return labels unless an item is damaged.
  • Any requests made past our 15-day return police deadline will be declined.
  • If an item appears worn, smells or shows signs of deodorant, makeup, perfume, oils, etc., it will not be accepted as a return.
  • We CANNOT change, modify or cancel an order after checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. You will need to file a report with the carrier directly.
  • ALL sale, clearance and flawed collection items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If you believe you have received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt. 

  • Send pictures of the defective item/area to richi.raye@gmail.com with the subject line DEFECTIVE
  • State in your email your first and last name, order number and the product name
